In a word: yes. All USPS services excluding First-Class Mail come with free tracking included, and each package sent with USPS has a unique tracking number printed on the shipping label.
What About International Packages?
Yep! The United States Postal Service also tracks all international parcels sent through its system. However, although each international USPS service will still be marked as “Delivered” upon delivery, some countries don’t provide updates as others do. This is especially true for developing nations.

How Can I Check My USPS Tracking Status?
You can check your status by inputting your tracking number on the USPS website. You can also get a basic update on Google. As a general rule of thumb, we suggest checking the USPS website for the most accurate updates. It will provide the most detailed tracking history, as well as the most up-to-date information.
Keep in mind that sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for the Postal Service’s systems to update their data. So, if USPS scanned in your package and you’re still not seeing it online, just give it some more time! It should show up after that initial 24-hour period.

I’m missing 2 letters and I signed up for informed mail, I see two letters missing, so what do I need to do, I reported the mail but I’m not sure if I did it right, because the picture of the letter is not showing up on the mail website that the USPS is giving me

That is absolutely NOT TRUE. There is no tracking on regular envelopes. You have to send it in a package, priority mail, or add some extra service such as registered mail to get tracking.
