ShipWorks is a browser-based shipping software popular with E-commerce retailers selling across multiple channels. They boast integrations with over 90 marketplaces and shopping carts, such as 3dcart, Jet.com, Magento, PrestaShop and more. ShipWorks offer five different subscription plans: Basic, Advanced, Elite, and Enterprise. Generally speaking, you’ll receive the same features for each subscription. However, you’ll be able to ship out more packages in the higher-tiered plans.
Overview:
Customers praise the platform’s organization features and how easy it is to use. However, there’s one big drawback to be aware of. ShipWorks advertises “huge discounts” on shipping with USPS and negotiated rates for numerous other carriers, but their discounts aren’t much to write home about. Said discounts are only 16% off FedEx rates, 30% of UPS rates, and up to 39% off USPS rates. Also, keep in mind that ShipWorks charges a tiered subscription plan based on how many packages you ship per month. For example, their “Basic” plan of $25/month allows only up to 600 shipments, and that’s before you factor in the price of postage. Therefore, you’ll be stuck paying higher monthly fees if your business is shipping out lots of packages.
