A recently acquired division of Pitney Bowes, Newgistics is a third-party logistics provider and order fulfillment company for E-commerce businesses.

Overview:

Newgistics offers discounted shipping rates and standard fulfillment services like kitting, pick and pack, warehousing, and more. However, their real strength seems to lie in customer returns processing rather than business-to-consumer (B2C) delivery. While many large brands rely on Newgistics to handle their fulfillment and return services, small eCommerce business owners may be better off shipping with USPS directly. Doing so will allow business owners to have more control over their inventory and learn the ins and outs of the process before they grow to the point where they need to start outsourcing fulfillment.

    Pretty bad all right. Package has been delayed for weeks, phone number takes you to an insurance scam line and the website doesn’t exist anymore.

    They lost my Victoria secret order. Never got scanned after I was billed for it. Guess someone else is enjoying my panties. I could’ve at least gotten a complimentary email to save me time and money for not receiving my order. If I could rate this a negative star I would!

    If you’re expecting a package shipped via Newgistics, you better be prepared to be very, very patient. Their own tracking system is worthless. USPS tracking has shown my currently anticipated package to move occasionally–about once every several days. The package was expected to be on my porch over a week ago and it’s still no where close. Why do retailers use Newgistics? Can it be that much cheaper than other economical, but more reliable, shipping services? Perhaps its use allows retailers to express their disdain for their customers in a passive-aggressive manner.

    I live in a gated community where the delivery service MUST call my home BEFORE they gain access. Parcel was dropped OUTSIDE the gate at 9:52PM and I never received a call. $207 item was not received and this imposter of a delivery service LIED and falsely claimed it was delivered. One star is far too high a rating for the WORST parcel delivery service in the country. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! 9:52PM they attempted to deliver AND they LIE!!

    It does nothing for the customer trying to track an item when all it shows is arriving or leaving a facility, without showing the actual location of the facility. Where’s the common sense or do they even care? Worse system yet! If I could give them lower score i would.

    I’m tracking a package destined for my home using the Newgistics tracking feature. It appears to be bouncing back and forth between two Pitney Bowes facilities. I suspect at this moment it is headed East on I-70 from Indiana to Ohio, AGAIN. I know these guys are going to put the package into the USPS system eventually. I wish they’d do it soon. Whogistics?

    Had to Return a new, unopened phone to AT&T – there was no Return Shipping Label in the Shipping Box, so I explained to the AT&T Rep (on 12/26) that it had to be back in Ft. Worth by 1/2/22 or I’d lose my Refund ( because I had bought it outright). She said “No problem Sir, what is your email address – I’ll email you a Return Label and get you going – just drop it off at the Post Office! I did it the same day, it left my PO, went to Prov, RI then to the Newgistics Facility in Norton, MA where it sat until 1/2/22 – left for Monroe Township, NJ where it sat until 1/5/22… it’s now on the road somewhere, God knows how much longer it will be before it reaches Ft. Worth, Oldgistics (or Slow Boat to China Shipping) is definitely not the Shipping Company of the new era!!! I doubt I’m going to see a refund on a $550 phone!

    I never received a package I ordered last year. Once Newgistics get their hand on it, you may never received it. My package arrived at my city and was supposed to be delivered the next day, but the USPS gave it to Newgistics for deliver. I never did receive my package.

    I ordered from Bath and Body Works. I order BBW’S all the time. When I placed my most recent order and it shipped, I noticed the shipping company listed was Newgistics. I had never heard of this company. Up until this point BBW has always shipped my items through FedEx (who I’m not a fan of either) or UPS. Well, needless to say, I never received my most recent package/order. It took almost a week to get from Greenwood, IN to Atlanta, GA. Once it arrived in ATL, I’m going to assume my package was stolen. Stolen packages from carriers are much more common than lost packages. After my first and only experience with Newgistics, BBW’S lost a customer 😕

      I had the same thing happen to me last spring. Ordered from BBW and it got stuck in Greenwood IN. I called BBW to complain about it and miraculously the shipment starting moving again. I think it took 6 weeks to get to me all totaled. I am one of the lucky ones to actually receive my package. Told BBW to NEVER EVER ship to me using Newgistics again and so far they haven’t. I am actually surprised to read that BBW is still using this company as I am sure it is costing them thousands in refunds. Maybe this is why their prices keep rising???

        I contacted BBW and was issued a refund for my inconvenience. I requested that they not send anymore of my packages with Newgistics, but was told that their system automatically picks the cheapest way to ship, so there was no guarantee future packages wouldn’t ship through Newgistics. Unfortunately because of this, they have lost me as a customer 🙁 I’m glad you eventually received your package…maybe I will still get lucky and receive mine.

          Glad to hear that you at least got a refund although it isn’t the same as actually getting the products you ordered. I would call BBW again and inform them again that you don’t want your orders shipped through Newgistics. They told me they would make a note of that in my account. Whether they did or not I will never know but so far it’s smooth sailing. I was on a chat this weekend with one associate that was very helpful but unfortunately we got cut off. The next associate was not as helpful and it took quite some convincing to help me. As far as hoping to still receive your package, it will not happen. Once they refunded you they put it into their system that if your tracking number ever pops up, it is to be returned to them. Nice chatting with another Lisa!!!

      The exact same thing happening to me. Right now I placed and order with Victoria secret and they are also contracted with BBW and shipment done by newgistics. These people are very shady. Their tracking info d oesnt have details , only times and dates (WHICH are sketchy because they’re always at hours of the early morning like 3am or 4am ) and some have no details at all. They’ve either stolen or purposely “misplaced” my very expensive orders. This is a large box I am currently waiting for and the place that says it’s located, I called that USPS and they so not have it, they were only sent the info of my package and not have my package as it shows up in tracking. Thieves make me sick

      I had the same thing happen. I ordered from BBW and they have always sent thru fedex or ups but this time it was thru newgestics. Well after waiting 3 wks i never got my package then i get an email from BBw stating they received my returned package and was refunded. I never even received but somehow it went bk to them! The next time I ordered it arrives ups which i was glad but i just places another order and i see it shipped thru newgestics so im going to call them and tell them i will never order again bc of then using newgestics . I didn’t realize we can ask them to not use newgestics bc i wasnt sure if they picked rhe carrier that would deliver but i will definitely call

    I ordered from Bed, Bath and Beyond., in California. I live in Oregon. Should be easy shipping, right ?? WRONG !! My package is now stuck in Sparks, Nevada !!! NEVER let Newgistics touch your package, ever !!!!!!

    I ordered a rare music CD from England, it was shipped May 18th and arrived in New York JFK Customs on May 21st and cleared the same day. Not to bad. It then went to Greenwood, IN at the Newgistics warehouse on May 26th and has sat there ever since with absolutely no movement. I am about 5 hours from there and am about ready to drive over and make them give me this package that they have sat on for over a month. This has got to be the poorest service I have ever dealt with in my life. You save on shipping but you never get what you purchased. By the looks of their reviews, I would say these companies really need to move away from using Newgistics, they are not fit for the 21st century.

    Unacceptable! Now Victoria’s Secret’s choice for delivery. No more orders! They take more than 2 months, ship from your home state to all over the country. You’re told package is lost and can’t replace items no longer available. These companies need to stick with UPS or Fed-Ex. Gonna lose a lot of business!

    The Bermuda Triangle of shipping companies. We ordered our Christmas cards from Shutterfly and they were shipped on December 7th. They were stuck in Atlanta for 10 days and showed up in Greenwood Indiana a week later. Apparently they sat there for a month and then departed (per Pitney Bowes tracking). After finding someone there (it wasn’t easy ) i was told that Newgistics was handling the package and that it was in Romulus – about a half hour away. Three weeks later, they still haven’t arrived. WTF?

    I’ll never again order merchandise from any company using Newgistics/USPS. My package made its way to the USPS package distribution center in Carol Stream, Illinois and has been collecting dust there ever since. I think COVID delays are a real thing but I also think it may be being used as an out for lousy service.

      AT&T used them to have me return my ATT TV boxes after I cancelled. I took the nix to my local USPS and the tracking had it being accepted by the local “returns agent”. So I forgot about it. I just had ATT take over $350 out of my account for not returning in 14 days. It was just delivered supposedly to LA. Absolutely convoluted garbage! Stay clear of ATT and this horrible company.

    The absolute worst shipper ever! I have a package I’m returning. My package went from Belleville, IL – York, PA – St. Louis – back to York, PA, and is now sitting in Greenwood, IN. The package has been sitting there since Dec 15, 2020, and is supposed to go to Clinton, IA ( I mailed the package on Dec 9, 2020). The same thing happened when I ordered from a certain company. Pitney Bownes had the package and it sat for weeks before I received it. I will NOT do any further business with any company that uses Newgistics/Pitney Bownes as a shipping agent. They are absolutely ridiculous and shouldn’t be in business as a shipping agent!!!!

    I ordered an item from overseas, it arrived with no problem to the US, but then was handed over to newgisti s, it went from New Jersey to Indiana to Pennsylvania, back to Indiana, back to New Jersey! Ridiculous!!!!

    Worst company ever! I ordered my stuff from Abercrombie 1st of December so I can get the stuff I ordered before Christmas. I been checking the tracking and it’s been sitting in a warehouse in Greenwood for almost a month!!!!! Mind you the warehouse that is in is literally 65 miles away from my home. I can’t get in contact with the carrier and I called Abercrombie and all they tell me is get in contact with the warehouse like WTF. I ordered other stuff online after the Abercrombie purchase and all my other stuff arrived before Christmas

    Newgistics is a joke! I ordered from Abercrombie will before the Christmas delivery deadline which was December 4th. I placed this order on November 25th and still haven’t received it. It was sitting in Indiana on November 30th and is supposedly in Kentucky on December 15th! I’m in IOWA! I’ve contacted Abercrombie on 2 occasions via customer chat and now sent an email asking about my packages and no sort of relief in site. First correspondence they said they would resend the items lost and that was on the 11th, then on the 17th they responded that since it “moved” on the 15th it’s not considered “lost” and can’t do anything. I can understand if I was complaining that this was a 7 day delivery instead of 5 but it’s been 26 days! And they sent part of the order via FedEx and that was delivered on December 1st, so why using two companies makes no sense. For being a larger chain and with many people shopping online, you’d think they would use reputable delivery systems. And being self employed myself, you make it right with your customer. I don’t care if it’s crediting the order, resending it with a better company, paying out of pocket for next day air. It’s freaking Christmas, I ordered on time, they have done wrong, so they need to do right. I hate this company Newgistics, will never use them, and will not do business with a company that does. Ticked is not even the word to describe how mad this has made me. I will review Newgistics on every platform possible so that other companies and small business owners think twice before using them as a delivery service.

      I am so with you on your post. I order from two different companies and the same thing is happening with me…items are basically stuck in Atlanta. I ordered quite a bit so part of my order from one company was shipped through UPS and the other through this service. They are terrible just like their parent company PitneyBowes!

      Corrie, you said it best! The only thing I would add is the Todd Everett (CEO) has seen all these comments and nothing has changed. He needs to go! My Bath and Body packages have sat in Grapevine Texas for two freaking months! There is no excuse for it! I will not order from them again!

    I ordered from bed bath and beyond and I don’t know why they used this company all my orders in the past week before this order was sent by FedEx. This order post onthere website that it made it to to my post office but in informed delivery from the post office it did not make it there at all. This is the worst company and I hate to even give one star. Hopefully bedbathandbeyond will honor my order and I will receive a replacement before Christmas

    I would not even rate this company a 1 star, but it will not let me choose no stars!! I ordered from Bed Bath and Beyond, I would think that such a big chain like that would check into who they are using to ship out there products, considering it is their reputation on the line. I have been waiting for my package since Nov 30th. It has been sitting in a service center since Dec. 6th. I will no longer be ordering from Bed Bath and Beyond anymore either if this is who they are going to have ship for them. I find it hard to believe that they are not getting any complaints, considering average hold time is 20 minutes.

    This is the worse shipping company I have ever had to deal with and why Hollister trusted my p;ackage to them is unreal. My package arrived in Charleston WV 11-26-2020. It only had to be sent on to my home post office but no they sent the package back to the original transit center so the package is making the trip back to me again. It left Indiana 11/26/2020 and I still do not have my package. It does not show it even moving after it departed. I am sending an email to Hollister to ask that my packages are never sent by them again. This item is sold out at Hollister so no hope of getting another. My granddaughter will be heart broken.     IT IS 10 DECEMBER 2020. THE PACKAGE WAS SUPPOSE TO BE IN FLOWERFlower Mound, TX 75028 withing 10 days. Please note the date in USPS possession in Ohio and on 30 Nov 2020 it is back in OHIO! And this is 10 December 2020. This item has had three tracking numbers.

    Front company for China shipments. My experience with Newgistics. There is strong evidence that this is yet another front company for shipments coming from China. The following is how these places function and why it takes forever to receive your shipment:
    First, you place an order through a seller on Amazon or another source, the seller is reality a drop shipper that resells products from China, but to hide this they have a business address in the United States or Europe. The seller immediately has a shipping label created with Newgistics or another secondary shipping company (this is the front company that helps them hide where the product is actually coming from). Newgistics can even shop your product is in transit, but in reality, they don’t even have your product, since your product hasn’t even left China. In extreme cases this allows the China drop shipper and the shipping company to sit on your order for weeks to months earning interest on your money before the purchase is even made with the China manufacture, in the meantime, it locks up your money with them and allows them to place larger bulk purchases with the Chinese manufacture (pretty ingenious). They reassure you that your product has shipped, and reassure Amazon they same thing by providing the secondary shipping companies shipper information with tracking information, which is only partly legitimate and allows them to circumvent the laws in most cases. To help cover things up, they hire people to create false reviews on Amazon, Yelp, and other locations (who don’t know any better) to try and coverup their dishonest and unethical business practices. These types of organizations often don’t have whistleblowers, since to be employed with many of the unethical organizations the company has their employees sign a contract, that in the fine print it requires all of the employees only speak positively of the company or else they are in violation of their working agreement and can be fired or sued. If you found this information helpful, please pass it on to others.

    Newgistics courier is THE WORST. If I could give them a 0 I would. Ordered from Victoria’s Secret products August 11th for my daughter’s birthday. Tracking shows August 14 as the last movement. Today is August 28. On August 14 it showed in transit from Orlando Florida to Deltona Florida (Final Destination). It is a 40 to 50 minute drive and it shows my package being in transit 14 days! USPS never received it! Tried several times to call newgistics and unable to get through to someone.

    Finally got in touch with someone from Pitney Bowes who acquired Newgistics. They instructed me to call the merchant and have them take care of it. I was so angry and told her absolutely not Pitney Bowes/Newgistics needs to take care of finding the product because it was in their hands last! They did not want to take accountability and responsibility for THEIR failures. They didn’t even want to look into it and start an inquiry or an investigation! Make sure when ordering products they do not utilize Newgistics! Only recently learned about them due to this debacle. They have a history of employees stealing items (esp Victoria’s Secret products) and selling them on EBay! My package has gone MIA!!! Looks like whatever employee stole it got close to $500 worth of products and the company doesn’t want to be accountable! Missed my daughters Birthday!

      Ugh, I just ordered a bunch of Victoria Secret stuff and cannot understand what is taking so long!!! My packages state that they are a half hour away. It’s been like that for DAYS.

    • They have stolen 4 of my Victoria’s Secret packages since August. Victoria’s Secret is great to send replacement order, however half the time stuff ordered is out of stock so I get credit. I don’t know why they use this company. I’ve never had a problem till covid , now everyone there seems to be a thief. Just for fun I’m going to keep searching eBay and other seller sites to see if someone is selling my stuff, some stuff with my sizing should be easier to spot.

    I have been awaiting on a package since June 27 2020, that was supposed to be the delivery date from USPS. USPS say my package is at Newgistics. I have USPS tracking number and try to track the package, but to no avail. Seem like it still in transit.

    If you must do a return using a Smart Label with USPS or FedEx, prepare yourself. Take a photo of the package, save your receipt, and stay on top of the tracking. Newgistics tells you to check with the merchant, even though the package is not in the merchant’s custody. While counter-intuitive on its face, this is useful advice because you can let the merchant know if Newgistics is delaying your return and potentially breaching any of the merchant’s deadlines. As another reviewer noted, the BBB profile for Newgistics currently is under review so consumers are unable to see complaints or reviews. Like other reviewers here, my return has been sitting in a nearby city for nearly a month. It is supposed to go to Texas. Interestingly my local FedEx accepted the package and provided a receipt yet later tracking notes state the “bar code label was unreadable and replaced” so perhaps this is where the scam comes into play? Clearly it was initially able to be scanned with no problem? Obviously there are systemic problems with Newgistics. They don’t deserve even one star but that’s the lowest score available.

      UPDATE – the package was finally delivered by Newgistics…on August 11, 2020. Thankfully since I alerted the merchant to the delay, they accepted the return, even though it was way beyond their stated return window. It is worth repeating – keep an eye on your tracking and inform the merchant if you notice holding patterns because returning something with a Newgistics Smart Label is like retail roulette.

      The better business bureau needs contacted and this company needs shut down.. I had a box from Georgia to WV leave Nov 29..they get to Ohio or Indiana then disappear.. I can’t believe anyone uses them as a shipping partner. My package was sent a second time December 9th and the same result.. Gets to Ohio and stalls… Absolutely rediculous.. Pitney Bowes it is time to drop the shipping business.. Newgistics, ha, how about Nogistics.. I got a refund from the original company I ordered from..

    Placed an order and I live In Franklin tn it arrived in Jamaica NY on may 13th from there it went to LA then was shipped to Bloomington Ca then after 3 weeks it was sent to Franklin tn the next day it was shipped back to Bloomington ca where it stayed for 3 more weeks then they shipped it to Atlanta ga supposedly that’s where it is now but you can’t call these scumbags for information because you don’t have an account with them they shippers do just wish I could find a accurate address for these assholes anywhere then me and my old Louisville Slugger would pay them a damn visit and I WOULD GET SOME ANSWERS but my advise to anyone is make sure this company never gets it’s hands on anything of yours

    They held my package In limbo for almost two weeks! Yeah! They boast on the size of their warehouse but why boast when the only reason they need all that room is because they hoard the packages for weeks causing people undue stress wondering what’s happened to the product they bought with their hard earned money. Terrible company, but the words “third parry” is a red flag, isn’t it?

    I wish I had known how bad this shipping was before I ordered!!! I ordered May 18th. It has gone from N.Y. to California, then to IN., back to California and I have have no idea where it is now. I’m in Michigan. Did it need to go coast to coast? It’s July 15th, that’s almost 2 mo.

    Awful! Bath and body works used them for an order I placed in June. It has been. It started to move June 24 and then sat from June 26 to July 9 and now it’s just sitting again. This is the third package from three different companies over the past few months that was shipped with Newgistics and all of them took over a month to receive. Seriously? It’s not like it’s an international parcel. Speaking of, I received something from Turkey sooner than these three packages. During the Pandemic, the only shipping delays I have seen were due to Newgistics.

If we all or most shopped from the company maybe we all can do something about the company as well. I have been working on getting a $50 refund back for days and they company is talking about only giving me back no more than $10. Like you I don’t want to lose money in this fashion.

    • They have stolen 4 of my Victoria’s Secret packages since August. Victoria’s Secret is great to send replacement order, however half the time stuff ordered is out of stock so I get credit. I don’t know why they use this company. I’ve never had a problem till covid , now everyone there seems to be a thief. Just for fun I’m going to keep searching eBay and other seller sites to see if someone is selling my stuff, some stuff with my sizing should be easier to spot.

    yup i have had the same issues everyone else has had; ordered on May 5th; 3 weeks for company to ship; sat in CA for a long time; then info sent to USPS but never the package; now it popped up that package is in UT???? so i asked for a refund from the company that i ordered from; been in contact with them several times; just found this site this am; wrote to my federal senator demanding an investigation as this appears to be fraud and needs to be prosecuted. will see what if anything happens but yes i will email first before ordering and ask who they use to ship. never had this happen to me before.

    I am extremely disappointed in this whole transaction. This was my first time ordering something on line so I didn’t know that I needed to read reviews on the whole process. The order is coming from China. It took just a couple of days to get from China to the US and to go through all of the customs process. It arrived in the US on the 19th and has basically been sitting at one of the facilities since the 25th without any movement at all, that is until I called my credit card company to see what I could do. Amazingly enough the next morning I came in and tracked the package to show that it is actually in my state now. Literally 20 minutes away from the delivery location… well it has been sitting there for 4 days without any other movement. Every day it shows that the delivery date is the same day and every day I look out my window and never see my order. This is why I always fought against ordering something to be shipped to me… funny thing is that I ship and receive things at work every day, very rarely does UPS disappoint me. I feel like a little kid tracking the package a million times a day… like that is going to change anything.

    Not sure if this is entirely Newgistics problem or the company I purchased from. Every time I contact them, there is an update posted on the tracking for the parcel within minutes. I believe my parcel arrived in CA 3 times. I think the company I purchased from has the ability to add tracking info on the fly. I’ve been getting the run around from them ever since I placed my order. Buyer beware! NEVER order anything from China!

      It’s Newgistics not the supplier. Some companies use Newgistics to deliver it to your local post office for delivery to you… My question is. Just how long do they need to get a box from GA to WV? 3mos,6mos,maybe a year.. I need to find what state Newgistics main location is probably GA and contact the states AG and the BBB… U all are complaining from 2020 and here in Nov, Dec 21 the same thing

    Just the worse shipping company ever. I have not yet see one review on here had had more than a one star. So I live in NYC and as I look at their tracking system I thought like the rest of you that it is only an hour or so away. They send the tracking and other information to your state. All of our items technically starts in CA. Stupid system. I called Newgistics, Pitney Bowes and USPS about this. Newgistics and Pitney Bowes gave me every excuse in the book to not being able to find my package, but telling me it is in route. No one knows who I would be able to talk to so they kept transfering me to other people. I got to the point I just contacted BBB and sent them the link of this site with all the complaints. Once I did that a few days later my package started moving and it seems like I will be getting it today. Fingers crossed cause today make day number 41 of waiting for this package and it was suppose to be a gift last month. If any of you read this my advice is to start writing BBB about this and help get this company shut down for good.

    I would just like to inform everyone on this site, that I still have not received my purchase from Super Smart Products. com. They used Newgentics for their shipping partner. It is exactly 2 months today since I ordered my product. I am happy to let everyone know that today I received an email from Super Smart Products that they have refunded my money. I have checked my bank account to verify that I received my refund. I would let everyone know that I continued to email and called both Super Smart Products, Newgentics and Pitney Bowes during the 2 month time. I also went to Super Smart Products Facebook site, and of course this site, to leave my bad reviews. I also emailed Super Smart Products that I wanted a Phone Number to talk to a Supervisor, due to the lack of good customer service that I was receiving. I would also tell everyone to call their Attorney Generals Office and the BBB and put in complaints. I also called my Bank last week and put in a complaint with them. I sent all correspondence that I had kept to each agency and also gave them this site to show that others were having the same issues. I labeled this issue as a scam. For I have ordered online since and received my package within a week of that order. I can attest that if you want satisfaction you take these steps and go after not only Newgentics and Pitney Bowes but the company that you ordered from. If you follow the steps that I have taken I would hope that you would get some satisfaction at least by getting your money back. Let the company that you ordered from refund your money and let them go after Newgentics to get their product back. I hope that you all can get some sort of satisfaction and help from my posting. Don’t stop complaining to all involved, that is what they want so they don’t have to deal.

      I purchased an item from Bed bath and Beyond and was told the item would be arriving on Monday. Since Monday was a holiday, I gave the shipping company the benefit of the doubt, hoping my package would arrive the next day. No such luck. It still hasn’t arrived.
      I have contacted BB&B twice but there is apparently nothing they can (or are willing) to do.
      Unlike many of the other posts I have read, my product has been undelivered for just a short period of time compared to many of you who still haven’t received your stuff.
      Obviously, it doesn’t seem to matter to a lot of these companies if we refuse to shop with them again, as there are too many others who will.
      I will be contacting my bank, the attorney general of my state, the BBB (lotsa luck there) and the corporate office of Bed, Bath and Beyond with the appropriate concerns (complaints).
      I am sorry for all of you who have been screwed over by this company. I can remember when companies like Pitney Bowes were considered reputable. I guess the almighty dollar means more these days than a solid, upstanding reputation!!

Just 5 days ago my package arrived in Atlanta and has NOT LEFT YET. I’ve been waiting and constantly tracking and no change. Just says it has arrived.

    Just an update, I have put in a complaint with NYS Attorney Generals office and also with the BBB. I have not received anymore information since my last posting. So Moving Forward. I also will call my bank and see what they can do for me as I feel this might be a scam case. They are just waiting it out so that by their terms after so many days you don’t get your full refund. We will see what happens next with my complaints.

    My package was supposed to be transferred over to San Antonio USPS from Grapevine Newgistics about a week ago & it’s literally just sitting in Grapevine! I live 4 hours away from San Antonio! Could’ve recieved my subscription box a long time ago! I’ve ordered so many packages for my wedding & this is the only package that’s “delayed”. They probably lost my stuff.     This is the slowest possible way to ship an item. Many people are looking for fast shipping, however this company caters to those who hope their item never arrives. I once sealed an item in a Styrofoam cooler and threw it into the ocean addressed to the recipient. It actually crossed the ocean on currents and BEAT a package sent to the same address through Newgistics Pitney Bowes!!! So if you are looking for ultra slow shipping, no one can beat Newgistics…..

They have my package since May 3rd and now the tracking says the package have been in California which is only few hours away from where I reside since May 18. Now June 19, no updates, no delivery to USPS. I don’t know if it will ever be delivered. It has been in transit for over 47+ days. This is a shady company, avoid at all cost.

    SCAMGISTICS… After reading all this stuff, I find myself in the same boat. Item missing for over 2 weeks now. Parked in Monroe Township, NJ… sitting there rotting away, or maybe just plain stolen. HAS ANYBODY EVER GOTTEN ANYTHING DELIVERED ON TIME FROM THESE PEOPLE? I know people don’t normally write reviews on things that are OK.. only great or horrible. I see no GREAT reviews anywhere, and I’m not going to write one. They have had my stuff for over two weeks. I’m looking at several tracking sites, all say something different. The most optimistic one is 17track.com .. that says it has moved from N.J. to Indiana to sit and rot in that warehouse. 2 others say it is in Monroe, and another says awaiting item.. So.. WHO KNOWS… If you are planning buying something and they use NEWGISTICS OR PITNEY BOWES.. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. Get it someplace else..

    On June 8th I had a package arrive at the Newgistic facility in Monroe NJ to be delivered to Trenton NJ. The same day it left Monroe but instead of being delivered to the post office in Trenton for final delivery it shows being at Aston carrier facility. The only Aston I could find anywhere near me is below Philadelphia, why would something be sent forty miles past its destination to another state instead of the post office it should be sent to. I still haven’t recieved the package and have no idea where it is and when I’ll get it. This package came from Hong Kong and if it had been given to USPS when it arrived un the US eight days ago I would have already received it. Totally incompetent company that shouldn’t be in the delivery business.

    Here is your statement on the website: “Due to a significant increase in parcel volume related to COVID-19, you may experience a delay of 10 or more days in receiving your order, depending upon its origin.” This is a lie. My package got in the US from UK more than a month ago. USPS, FedEx, UPS and order had maintained their performance throughout the pandemic regardless of the orders’ origins. Why should a order spend more than a month within the US to reach its final destination? You disregard the original estimated date of arrival and in return, do not provide one. As long as money is coming into your back account you are satisfied while people are agonizing over their orders. This is evil. Incompetence at its best.

    Why are packages travelling the entire US instead of going straight to the customer?
    Still waiting for a package ordered and shipped a day later from London, UK, beginning of April. Two days later, my order was in the US, received by this badly graded fakegistics . Two months later, I am still here without answers. Email to the customer service bounced back. The only time I got smedy on the phone, the ended the call once I said i wanted lo track my order. was The USPS is still waiting from them to drop off the package. They are kidnapping people’s orders. Irresponsible, professionally unethical, plain wrong.

    Oy vey! After reading all of the above reviews, at least I know I’m not the only one suffering from the Newgistics schmaz! Ordered solar lights from Coolight-Box, a company based in Washington State. Felt good that I was ordering from a US-based company, but I’ve been deceived!!! My tracking trail reads much like those above. I doubt if I’ll ever receive it. Customer service email came back with VERY poor spelling and word usage; obviously not US-based either. My rating? My mother told me never to use such foul language!😉

    This “shipping” company is the worst! My item shipped from China a day after I ordered it 4/29/2020. On May 2nd it was in Queens NY which is an hour away from where I am. For a whole month there was no movement of my package. USPS stated that it was picked up by company on 5/2/2020. On 5/28/2020 my package was in CA!! Why is my package across the country when it landed in my state to begin with!?!?!?! Outrageous!! No its been in NJ for 2 days with no movement and it still has not been delivered to USPS who is suppose to be the one that will deliver it. I am so mad that its taken a month to receive an item that was already in my state from the beginning.

    Imagine you live in Boston, your order is received by this poorly managed company in NJ. You get excited that it will arrive soon. Then silence for 10 days, no tracking updates, no way to contact them. Next time you check, the parcel is received in their warehouse in Austin, TX. How can this be? And then silence for ever. Meanwhile USPS keeps updating that they are still waiting for this scam to drop off the parcel so they can ship it to you. This company and its own are pulling America backward, seriously. The question is what in the name of God all the lost stuff become? They are basically joking with people’s money. It does not matter for them because they already get paid for shipping stiff that never get to the final destination. It basically is a crime.

    Excellence on incompetence and poor management. 0/10 for Newgistics, 10/10 for our beloved USPS. Nonexistent customer service. They ask package owners to ask sellers any question they may have, which is ridiculous and irresponsible. From the moment the package is showing is their system and thy become responsible and should answer any question about their location, movement. They even don’t care about the outcries from customers. How can a package take for ever between two neighboring States? People’s stuff get lost all the time in the hands of this scam. I From there there is way t suspect that the stuff end end up on sale again somewhere. This is not normal. USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx all once in a while lose packages but not systematically like Newgistics. This is not normal. Not different from a hospital where 8 in 10 persons die regardless of the disease., gender, age, race….Hey Scamgistics get your act together. The lack of communication and consistent lost of people’s stuff in your hands raise serious suspicion about what you may do with them. You pocket the money from shipping cost without shipping, but and please don’t pocket the parcels as well. Come on!!!!

    Total scam. This is a very good example of a poorly run company. I am in North Carolina, My package from the UK was supposed to arrive a week ago but it hasn’t. It was received in NJ by this fake scam since May 12 and from there, no updates. I manage to reach somebody on the phone, they were rude like hell and almost screaming that i should contact my seller, who in fact hasn’t done anything wrong. She ended the call on me. I called again to reach another lady, the answer was they don’t deal with customers. Now I found out the package has been delivered somewhere in Atlanta. What the heel is this?
    They were supposed to just deliver the package to USPS in NJ, but they are handling it themselves. So many people have lost their stuff with this scam.
    They know why they are not answering the phone. They don’t even deserve one star. I will initiate a collective suit.

    I ordered an Item from Smart Products on April 29th and it was received by Newgistics on May 3rd. the same day it was shipped out. As of today and several emails to Smart Products and a phone call to Newgistics I have yet to receive my package. I was given a tracking number but it has not gone anywhere once it went to Newgistics. My package is supposed to be delivered by USPS, but on their tracking site it states that they have not received the package as of yet May 31. I was told by Newgistics to have Smart Products call them to request the whereabouts of this package. Smart Products told me that they called them on May 19th and Newgistics said that it was dispensed, but the USPS said they have not received it and tracking stops when Newgistics received the package. I have received several packages that I have ordered online and they were brought to me by USPS but only taking 1-2 weeks , I have asked Smart Products to look into this again today May 31, but I would also like a refund. I think that something is not right here and after reading reviews about Newgentics I am not sure my package is not lost somewhere. Just to let everyone know I live only 3 to 4 hours from Ontario Canada where the package was shipped from, and only 6 to 7 hours from Delaware where Newgentics is. Thinking what’s up with this???

      When I wrote my review of Newgentics I stated that the company was Smart Products, my mistake it was Super Smart Products. Just wanted to correct that so others won’t order from them. I have been emailing Super Smart Products and contacting them on Facebook, but they keep telling me to be patient your product will arrive soon. Well I keep trying the tracking number but get the same answer as before. USPS is waiting for the product they haven’t received it yet and now we are going on over a month. I have gotten no ware with the company that I purchased from and have asked several times for a refund and they won’t do it. So much for their great customer service. I have also told them that they could overnite me my purchase but no that is not an option either. I guess that I will have to go to BBB and make a report and maybe to the attorney general also. Tired of waiting now.. but they want their money…

      Wow…. It doesn’t make me feel any better to know that there are so many other people in the same boat. I cannot blame the company in China who shipped my order the day I placed it. Yanwen has been excellent at providing tracking info every step of the way. Can’t blame FedEx who got it here to Los Angeles either (which is where I live). This is the 4th time I’ve ordered from this company and 3 previous orderes went straight from fedex to usps. This time for whatever reason, Pitney Bowes?! Hijacked my package and is now holding it hostage in Jamaica NY for the past month. Pitney Bowes makes subpar postage meters, logistics is not their primary business. What are they trying to do with their terrible service? They are undermining the otherwise good reputations of the usps, yanwen and other companies. Someone should shut them down…possibly even look into the legality of their operations. Something is seriously amiss here… Hopefully I’ll get my package someday but in the meantime they ought to be investigated because this is very very wrong.

    Never received package got several different arrival dates never showed up! Pretty ticked it is ridiculous! I don’t understand why companies are still using this company when most people NEVER get their package! Now I have to wait on a refund for over a week after waiting on a package for a month that shows it’s still sitting somewhere with no updates and the company I ordered from didnt even care to explain why I never received my package!       Welp, after waiting almost a month for my order… just found out my package was “last in transit”. A box with 8 items all lost in transit, lost or stolen? I have done a lot of research on Tim his company, this happens more often than not. If I were you I would go to the BBB and complain, I got my refund that way. This company will make Bath and Body Works online shopping lose more money giving refunds than they are selling anything… smh

      My package from BBW has been sitting in a Newgistics warehouse since May 15. That is 12 days and counting. Just got off phone with BBW and stressed to them that they need to find a different carrier. Have another order pending and told them DO NOT absolutely DO NOT use this company for my pending order or any future orders. This is a horrible, horrible company that is incompetent and should not be in business. I only gave them 1 star because 0 stars is not an option.

      Yes! I used to get my stuff from bath and body works in 5 days or less being that Houston and their distribution center in Kentucky are major hubs. The last order took me 17 days! I have refused to purchase online at BBW anymore because of this shipper. In addition, I am currently waiting on 2 items shipped from China 10 days apart. Both picked up by this company and they head company, Pitney Bowes and neither one has surrendered item to USPS for delivery. One was picked up from customs on 5/12 (17 days ago) and the other from 5/19 (10 days ago). I can understand one package maybe being a bit off, but what a coincidence that I am experiencing issues on BOTH of them. PB can’t update me. USPS can’t update me….I just don;t understand how this place is still in business! I am now putting in a claim with the sender for get my money back for these rings. They offered to resend. I lol, like I trust a new sending with the same anticipated result. Thanks but no. I’m not an idiot!

    Update for you folks as I have been fighting with retailer and have Paypal involved. Apparently there was an acquisition some time back and my tracking went from Newgistics to Pitney Bowes. They are one and the same.

    Actually deserves no stars. Worst shipping company ever. Ordered received in US by NEWGISTICS in Jamaica NY on April 19, 2020. 27 days later still not showing in transit. Buyer beware off any company that uses this service. Thought since Pitney Bowes bought this company it would be reliable. What has happened?

      What’s the deal with Jamaica,NY.? I think it’s recorded as having arrived( not actually sent there,and here I was thinking it was “ya mon, Jamaica,mon!”) from WhereEver and then your package sits for awhile , alone and abandoned in some Newgistics Hell Facility, then gets whooshed off to another facility and just when you think it has died, it pops up and eventually arrives. By that time, the wedding’s over for which the package was the gift, the couple has already had two kids,
      and a valuable lesson has been learned. ..never Newgistics again!

    today marks day 20 of waiting for my package I wanted to use a week ago.
    I ordered on eBay on Apr. 25, 2020 with an estimated delivery of may 5-6. it is still moving around the country, some days anyways, at this rate I might be able to give as a Christmas present

    Package was put in Newgistics system April 17th. Checked with retailer May 8th and was told will arrive soon. USPS has no records of this to date. May 15th still no package and shipping updates stopped on May 7th. If your package is being handled by this company, do not buy. You have been warned.

    This company is a scam. I was waiting on a package from China and everything seemed okay at first, then in the last mile delivery it disappeared. It’s been a week past the arrival date and not a word. USPS still hasn’t received the package and nothing has left the Newgistics facility. These people should be shut down.

    You can’t give zero stars, because that is what I would give Newgistics.

    Packaged arrived in CA on March 10th, 2020, made it to the east coast, and there it has been ever since. No way to contact Newgistics either. If you call any one of the phone numbers, you get sent into a loop – select the numbers to drill down to the department you want to speak with, but at that point, phone rings three times and then sends you back to the beginning of the drill down process.

    Searched and searched, finally found an email address on the website – not for package concerns – but figured, what the hey, I’ll try it. It bounces back as undeliverable, not such address.

      Well I thought newgistics started having g problems because of the current COVID situation, but your negative reviews go back way beyond COVID. I don’t see why Pitney Bowes or USPS would still associate themselves with this company. They seem to be VERY unreliable. My package was picked up in CA since May 6th, waiting to be dropped off to USPS. As of today, the status hasn’t changed! Where is it! Whats going on with your business????

        Still waiting for my package since May 3rd, and the tracking has not changed since Newgentics receive my package. So I take it that my package is still in Newgentics warehouse or lost. Super Smart Products just doen’t care to research what is going on that I haven’t received my package yet.. Will not order from them again and will let others know not to also.

          My packages went threw pitney bowes on 6/26/2020 and that’s where it has been every since and it’s now 7/28/2020 and they still haven’t sent my packages over to the USPS system to be picked up by them it’s very bad business and the FBI probably will get involved soon because to many customers are complaining about the same thing packages disappear and never get delivered to it’s final
          destination once shipped to pitney bowes

    What a joke this company is. My package sat in Brooklyn for two weeks before going anywhere and now it has been bouncing around Kentucky, Illinois and Indiana. I am in Ohio. Why the hell is it going from IL to IN and then to KY, when I am a three hour drive from where it is?
    Below is the status of my package that I was supposed to have two weeks ago. If you ship with Newgistics, you’re a fool. And don’t waste your time trying to contact them. There is no way. There website doesn’t have a corporate number or an option to send them a message. That alone should be a warning sign.

      I ordered my package on April 18 it was picked up April 23 in route from California to Greenwood Indiana which happens to be no more than 4miles from my home tracking says it was dropped off at the FDR facility in Greenwood May 26 and has not moved from there you cant find the facility on Google maps but pitney bowes site shows it at a location three streets down from the Greenwood USPS which is an empty parking lot 49 days since it left California add 5 days from when the order was placed they are even youtube videos boosting this massive warehouse with a ridiculous amount of space they mentioned football fields the map shows it on main street you know the main street in just about every little town about six blocks long and buildings older then my grandfather I emailed the company I ordered from and they cant issue me a refund because the package is no longer in their possession so there’s no way for them to retrieve it until its delivered to me and I send it back 🤯

      Ordered my mom Mother’s Day gift May 10, 2020. Received an email saying it’ll be to be on May 17th or 19th. It is May 27th and I still have yet received my package or email explaining why there is a delay. If you’re going to order from Victory Secret and they’re using this company find another way and get as far away from here as you can because they suck.

    The worst shipper ever. No tracking, no one to contact, complete disdain for the customer.

    My package is lost between Los Angeles and Stockton (about 300 miles) for over a week now and there’s no one to talk to, no one to email, nothing.

    eBay has made a huge mistake choosing these clowns for their global shipping company.

    It’s hard to imagine how a company could be so completely incompetent.

    So happy I found this site to verify it wasn’t just me! Fashion Nova has switched to this carrier for return and it is a nightmare. Sent an item back on November 1st. It has still not been received and it’s November 30th! Take my advice: if you plan to return an item, DO NOT USE SMARTLABEL via Newgistics! Get the return address and send using a reliable services, e.g., USPS Priority Mail, USPS, or FedEx.

        How does a package sit for 60 days. TF I feel businesses should be required to disclose that they use this company slowly checking off places I’ll only do business with if I want expedited service. Who you choose to handle shipping is a reflection of you company at the end of the day.

      Package has been in Atlanta since 6/10 with an original delivery date to me by 6/12. I live 8’ish hours from Atlanta. No movement since it reached ATL. Retailer can’t help and won’t cancel the order until it’s been missing for 4 business days after the latest date of arrival and there’s no way to contact the shipper directly to find out the status of the package. Genuinely curious if the workers there are snagging packages for themselves and calling the package lost. I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Honestly considering never purchasing from the retailer again if they continue to use this company for shipping.

      I have a package that ai have been waiting on for MONTHS. It was shipped from AL (I’m in Louisiana) and sent to CA??????? Sat there for over 10 days and then was sent to WA. Sat another 5 days and now they’ve sent it to NV. I don’t know WTF they are doing. It appears that USPS is the end carrier and this ridiculous company is sending it from hub to hub on the other side of the country when it started out 2 states over from where it needs to be delivered. There’s no info that I can find to contact them to find out what the problem is. They are the worst!!

    Be careful, a lot of retail stores use them for their returns processing, like Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus. I ordered a pair of pants from Nordstrom and had to return them, but they still haven’t received the package because it’s been sitting in a Newgistics facility for 10 DAYS and counting!
