Dennis Nicoski was formerly Senior Vice President of Sales and Customer Relations for USPS. He assumed the role in March 2018 and was with USPS since 1984 up until his retirement in 2019.
Duties and Responsibilities
As Acting Senior Vice President of Sales and Customer Relations, Nicoski reported to Jacqueline Strako, USPS’ current Chief Customer and Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President. He oversaw the direction and management of USPS’ Sales organization, as well as the customer and business support from the Business Service Network and Customer Care Centers. In addition, he was also responsible for customer acquisition, business/residential customer service support, revenue growth and retention, and business development. Nicoski also worked to improve the Postal Service’s market competitiveness and sales for commercial mailers of all sizes. Such commercial mailers include small, medium, and large businesses.
Dennis Nicoski’s Background
Nicoski graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Michigan. He also graduated from USPS’ Advanced Leadership Program. Nicoski began his postal career in 1984 in Minneapolis. Prior to assuming his last role, he served as director of field sales strategy and contracts. He also previously held a variety of different management and staff positions within the organization, in areas such as marketing, sales, customer service, retail and operations support, and more.
