Gary Reblin is Vice President of Product Innovation for USPS. He assumed this role in October 2016, and has worked for the Postal Service for over 25 years.
Duties and Responsibilities
As Vice President of Product Innovation, Reblin oversees all product development for both mailing and shipping products. He is also spearheads USPS’ integration with emerging technologies so the organization stays competitive. He reports to Jacqueline Strako, USPS’ current Chief Customer and Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President.
Gary Reblin’s Background
Reblin graduated with a degree in industrial engineering and operations research from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He also earned a Masters of Business Administration from Strayer University. Before assuming his current role, Reblin held a variety of positions within the Postal Service. Some of his former positions include Vice President of New Products and Innovation, Vice President of Domestic Services, and Vice President of Shipping Services.
During his tenure with USPS, Reblin has made significant contributions to help shape the organization into what it is today. For example, he helped develop most of the popular Flat Rate and Regional Rate Products. He also led USPS’ efforts to upgrade its technical infrastructure, which resulted in the development of the Intelligent Mail barcode. This barcode enables the Postal Service to track and identify every single piece of US mail. Talk about making your mark!
