Jeffrey Johnson is Vice President of Enterprise Analytics for USPS. He assumed this role in January 2019, and has had a decorated information technology career with organizations such as the FBI and U.S. Navy.
Duties and Responsibilities
As Vice President of Enterprise Analytics, Johnson reports to Kristin Seaver, USPS’ current Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President. In his role, he is responsible for utilizing data and technology to improve performance and operational efficiencies across the organization.
Jeffrey Johnson’s Background
Johnson graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with a bachelors degree in marine engineering. Before joining the Postal Service, he worked for more than 18 years in engineering, security, and information technology in both the private and public sectors. Some of the organizations Johnson has worked for include both the FBI and U.S. Navy. More recently during his time with the FBI, he served as Chief Technology Officer. Prior to assuming his current role, Johnson served as Vice President of Information Technology for USPS. In addition, Johnson has received several awards from the Department of Defense that recognize his achievements in the information technology field.
