Kelly Sigmon is Vice President of Customer Experience for USPS, ensuring the Postal Service always keeps their customers in mind with everything they do.
Duties and Responsibilities
As Vice President of Customer Experience, Sigmon reports directly to Jacqueline Strako, USPS’ current Chief Customer and Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President. Her main role is bringing the customer focus into all aspects of the Postal Service. Sigmon is responsible for all of the Customer Care Centers and Consumer Advocate Departments. All in all, Sigmon is USPS’ biggest customer advocate. She partners with leaders across all channels of USPS to drive business value and growth through consistently improving customers’ experiences.
Speaking plainly, she makes sure the Postal Service never forgets that the customer is always right!
Kelly Sigmon’s Background
Sigmon graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from California State Polytechnic University. After that, she obtained a Masters of Business Administration from MIT. Prior to assuming her current role, she was vice president of Retail and Customer Service Operations. She has also served in several other positions during her time with the Postal Service, including vice president of Retail Channel Operations, Channel Access and vice president of Engineering.
