Robert Clintron is Vice President of Logistics for USPS. He assumed this role in August of 2019, and has worked for the Postal Service for 34 years.
Duties and Responsibilities
As Vice President of Logistics, Clintron reports to David Williams, USPS’ current Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President. In this role, Clintron leads a group that oversees a variety of logistics functions. Such functions include Surface Logistics, Air Logistics, International Logistics, Systems Integration Support, Logistics Modeling and Analytics, and the Headquarters National Operations Control Center.
Robert Clintron’s Background
Clintron obtained a bachelor’s degree in organizational management from Roberts Wesleyan College. In 2o17, he earned his Masters of Business Operational Excellence from the Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University. Since beginning his career as a mail clerk in 1986, Clintron has held a wide variety of positions within the Postal Service. Some of these former positions include Vice President of Enterprise Analytics, Vice President of Product Information, district manager, senior plant manager, and In-Plant Support. Prior to assuming his current role, Clintron served as VP of Network Operations.
